- Investment policy statements
- Allocation design that supports mission
- Fiduciary responsibility
Content will focus on the why and how and offer a practical approach for any organization with investments.

Today her team focuses on consulting to foundations, endowments and other nonprofit organizations. Her team delivers fiduciary guidance from Investment Policy review to Mission alignment.
Fay is an active community volunteer, feeling a strong call to serve the community she and her family live in. Fay served on the board of directors at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare and formerly as a member of the Humane Society for Companion Animals.
