Fee: $55 for MCN members / $75 for nonmembers

In this workshop, participants will gain insight into connecting mission to dollars by placing money responsibly and ethically with examples of what equitable investing can look like for nonprofits. The component parts of the workshop will include:

  • Investment policy statements
  • Allocation design that supports mission
  • Fiduciary responsibility

Content will focus on the why and how and offer a practical approach for any organization with investments.

Speaker Information

Fay DeBellisFay DeBellis is an institutional consulting director with Graystone Consulting. Fay has over 30 years of experience serving both institutional and private wealth clients. Today her team focuses on consulting to foundations, endowments and other nonprofit organizations. Her team delivers fiduciary guidance from Investment Policy review to Mission alignment.

Fay is an active community volunteer, feeling a strong call to serve the community she and her family live in. Fay served on the board of directors at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare and formerly as a member of the Humane Society for Companion Animals.

Fay is a frequent speaker on investment policy statement design, audits, roles and responsibilities for the nonprofit community.
