Team Registration

Send more people and get more out of the conference. Register three people from the same organization and your fourth registration is free! If all prospective registrants have online accounts with MCN, you can register your team online. Otherwise, please use our PDF registration form.


MCN strives to ensure this conference is accessible to all nonprofits, regardless of size or ability to pay. Please visit the Scholarship page to see the criteria and follow the instructions. Scholarship requests for this event are due no later than February 25.

If you are applying for a scholarship, please do not register online at this time.

Registration Policies

Registrants (including scholarship recipients) who are unable to attend the conference may substitute someone to attend in their place; please submit the change via email to MCN’s registrar. Cancellations received prior to February 25 will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds are available after February 25.

Getting to Southwest Minnesota State University

The Conference Center is located south of the Student Center and North of Commons East near the residence halls (see campus map). Parking is available near the conference center in lots A-1 and A-2. These lots are free for conference attendees. A driveway up to the Conference Center’s front door provides convenient drop-off-and-park accessibility for guest arrival.

Accommodation Requests

Plenty of standard and vegetarian meals will be provided, as well as vegan and gluten-free (please, ask a server if you have questions on the day of the conference). A new mother's room and a prayer space will be provided (please check the conference program on-site for details about locations).

MCN strives to ensure that this conference is accessible to all individuals. If you have accommodation requests, such as sign language interpreters or other accessibility requirements, please submit your request during the online registration process or via email at Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, requests submitted after February 25 may not be fulfilled.

Breakout Room Seating Policy

Conference registration guarantees access to a choice of breakout sessions at different times throughout the conference schedule. However, conference registration does not guarantee a seat in any of the individual breakout sessions. Breakout rooms are assigned in advance of the conference. The safety of conference attendees is always a primary concern, and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to the breakout sessions to help ensure that a seat is available.
