Join Michaela O’Brien and Jack Duffy from Gallagher to discuss the role of benefits in particular in helping you attract, retain, and engage employees.

While the lasting impacts of COVID-19 on the future of work remain largely undefined, it’s clear that what worked in the past won’t be sufficient in the years ahead. Nonprofits have been challenged to consider alternative approaches to compensation, benefits, retirement, employee communication, and culture in order to build lasting organizational well-being. Join Michaela O’Brien and Jack Duffy from Gallagher to discuss the role of benefits in particular in helping you attract, retain, and engage employees. Gallagher has been a cost savings partner to the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) since 1989 and partners with 300+ nonprofits in Minnesota. More recently, Gallagher and MCN launched BenefitsMN, an Association Health Plan, which is a viable, comprehensive, and high-quality solution for an already staggering 70+ MCN member organizations built on the premise of increasing the vitality of Minnesota’s nonprofit sector.
