This interactive workshop invites attendees to explore the ways in which biases have interfered in their ability to build authentic relationships with colleagues, community members, and people they serve. Attendees will be given tools and resources for taking action towards leading with an empathetic heart to establish genuine relationships with others outside of the communities they belong to.

Participants will:

  • Identify biases across many cultures and explore our ability to intentionally unlearn what we are taught
  • Learn to turn judgment into curiosity and to turn curiosity into exploration
  • Harness their personal power and influence to intentionally establish one new authentic relationship in 2023

One registration will cover both two-hour sessions, parts one and two of the training.
