Display ads in MCN’s print and email newsletters are exclusively available to MCN associates and nonprofit members.

Sponsors & Exhibitors at MCN Conferences

Attending, exhibiting at, and sponsoring MCN events provide invaluable opportunities to talk with nonprofit leaders, learn about issues and topics facing the nonprofit sector and network with others providing services to nonprofit organizations.

Mailing List Rental

MCN rents one-time-use customizable postal mailing lists from our database of 7,000 nonprofit organizations to businesses and nonprofits looking to reach out to a targeted list of nonprofits.

The Nonprofit SpeciaLIST

Free to use and search, the The Nonprofit SpeciaLIST helps nonprofit decision-makers locate specific businesses by category and geographic region. MCN associate members and nonprofit members with products and services suited for nonprofit are eligible to be listed in The Nonprofit SpeciaLIST, which is free with membership at these levels.

Advertising Policies

At MCN, we make every effort to provide our members with valuable and thorough information based on the best nonprofit practices. In order to be able to provide you with continually updated, high-quality information regularly at little or no cost to you, we seek funding through a wide array of sources. This includes advertisements and sponsorships in many of our communications vehicles.

As vital resources to Minnesota nonprofits, and the communities they serve, we see sponsors and advertisers as valuable contributors to MCN’s mission to help inform, promote, connect and strengthen nonprofits.

The following rules guide our advertising policy:

MCN has the sole discretion for determining the types of advertising that will be accepted and displayed on our website and in our newsletters and conference materials. We retain the right to reject advertising that is contrary to our mission.

In addition, MCN explicitly refuses any advertising based on the following guidelines:

• No hate speech
• No libel/slander
• No promotion of illegal activity
• No promotion of gambling

The appearance of any advertising in any MCN print or digital XXXXX is neither an endorsement of nor a guarantee for the product, service or company (or the claims made in such advertising) by MCN. Ads are placed at the sole discretion of the organization.
