Managing relationships with donors is time-intensive work that most of us, especially in small or grassroots nonprofits, don’t feel equipped to do well. “Where should I start? What should I say? Who should I talk to? And, with what time?!”
In this two-hour session, we’ll dig into these questions and craft a plan specific to your needs and capacity. Participants will identify key players in their network, brainstorm strategies for bringing them closer to the work and create a game plan for efficiently managing these relationships.
Whether you’re doing donor cultivation for the first time or re-evaluating your current approach, you’ll leave this workshop with a plan that makes the most of your limited time and resources.
