We were opening our organization after COVID lockdowns, and we hit a wall called “Inflation”. Inflation is a scary word when it comes to your budget, your staff, and especially everyone who depends on your services. You just have to live with it and get by, right?

How do we navigate through this situation and sustain our organization at the same time? Nonprofit organizations have struggled to keep up with rising demand, and inflation has even caused many of them to cut back on services or place new clients on waiting lists. Not so fast. Are there things you can do to blunt the impact of inflation, and even help your nonprofit and those you serve in the long run? Yes!

Some nonprofits are having staff shortages at the same time more and more people are reaching out to you. To make matters worse, rising inflation will likely have a negative impact on fundraising efforts, further shrinking already constrained budgets. As inflation pushes the value of individual donations down, fundraisers may feel compelled to seek larger donations. Inflation makes us make hard decisions, but we need to make smart decisions.

You may not be able to beat inflation, and you may not have to. Join us to see what you can do as prices rise for your nonprofit, your staff, volunteers and most important, the people who depend on your success for your vital services.

This session will be recorded and sent to attendees to view as needed.
