You've got questions. We want to help you get them answered. Once a month we facilitate "Ask Me Anything" sessions within our Bite-Sized Learning series. We hear about nonprofit trends and topics and bring experts in these trends and topics to field your questions about them. Nonprofits of all sizes are welcome. This month you will be able to "Ask Me Anything" about Nonprofit Co-Leadership. Bring your questions!

Are two heads better than one? The Romans thought so and followed a co-leadership model throughout their entire system to leverage strengths and increase diversity. They also recognized the importance of backup and burnout. If your organization is still relying on the single heroic leader myth, join us as we shatter that illusion and discuss the benefits of shared leadership and what this can look like in a nonprofit organization.

The Bite-Sized Learning events are designed by MCN’s Greater Minnesota team to keep us connected across the state. All are welcome here.
