Do you dread the Feedback Conversation? In this two-hour training, you will learn and practice delivering feedback in a way that partners with your staff and builds in accountability at the same time. Giving feedback to employees is one of most effective ways to build morale and to support staff to learn, grow, and succeed.
You will leave with a practical feedback tool and framework, as well as useful language to help people reflect and act on the feedback.
This event is done in partnership with the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits, the Association of Kansas Nonprofits, the Kansas Nonprofit Chamber, the Maine Association of Nonprofits, and the West Virginia Nonprofit Association.
