Does your day control you or are you in control of your day? There isn’t a one size fits all approach to managing your time. It starts with setting expectations for yourself and what is important to you. We’ll discuss strategies that will help you set expectations, understand where and how you spend your time, and what is a “time waster” and how it affects your schedule. We’ll also talk about saying yes in your own time and help you communicate the truth of your time without feeling bad about it.
Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided.
