Change is many things: risky, critical, necessary, inevitable. It has financial implications. Some change is planned and strategic, other change is unexpected. What do you do when disaster strikes? No matter the cause or intensity, leaders must lead through change.

During this insightful presentation, Eddie Torres, president and CEO of Grantmakers in the Arts, will reflect on the process of driving change and managing transitions from his varied perspectives and the many hats he has worn in his career.
