Small and medium size nonprofits typically don’t have the resources to create an HR department with an experienced HR professional. The job of HR may be done by the executive director, the CFO, a manager or administrative staff – wherever there’s a little room or a little interest. In this session, we’ll conduct an audit of your HR practices from employee entrance to exit to make sure you’re on track.

Having worked with over 200 nonprofit and 400 for-profit organizations since starting her firm HRx in 1992, she partners with leaders to develop and implement do-able strategies for the success of your organization. With an M.B.A. in organizational behavior and a master of education in counseling, Arlene is both a studied and practiced authority in human resources and human relations.
