Join this educational session to learn alongside your nonprofit peers. This highly interactive workshop will challenge and inspire you to examine how to heal from white supremacy culture. We will think about how white supremacy harms us individually and organizationally and discuss antidotes for breaking the cycle by reflecting deeply on what we can do to stop perpetuating it. Lastly we will look for ways we can put in new policies and practices to honor everyone’s humanity and do better work together.

What recent attendees have said about this workshop:

“The presenter was very engaging, encouraging us to think critically and finding ways to challenge the group without alienating anyone. I think this topic is quite difficult to navigate with a large and diverse group, and the presenter did it skillfully. It has encouraged further thinking, reflection, and conversation for myself and those around me.”

“I was impressed that I did not come out of this one feeling guilty for being white.”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the presenter and how he engaged the group.”
