In order to receive the member rate for conference registration, AFP Minnesota Chapter members may register online using a promotion code (the code will be emailed to you from AFP). Alternately, you may register using the PDF registration form by writing your AFP Minnesota Chapter member number in the appropriate space. MCN members and AFP members receive the same rates, listed above.

. Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, requests submitted after July 11 may not be fulfilled.
Breakout Room Seating Policy
Conference registration guarantees access to a choice of breakout sessions at different times throughout the conference schedule. However, conference registration does not guarantee a seat in any of the individual breakout sessions. Breakout rooms are assigned in advance of the conference. The safety of conference attendees is always a primary concern, and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to the breakout sessions to help ensure that a seat is available.
Traveling to the Conference
The conference will take place at the Earle Brown Heritage Center
at 6155 Earle Brown Dr., Brooklyn Center. Please arrive early to ensure you have plenty of time to check-in before sessions begin. Free parking is available in the various surface lots surrounding the Center.
Please visit the Metro Transit
website for details about access via bus.
