We never mark-up for hardware or software. You can purchase it directly or we purchase on your behalf. You receive the original receipt and exact cost.
Our team purposefully declines agreements with software or hardware vendors. This could compromise our ability to stay objective when making recommendations to you. As humans, we have personal preferences, but we make it a point to share our personal experiences with you, along with multiple other options to help you make the best-informed decision about your technology.
As a small firm, we enjoy providing our clients the benefit of choosing their own payment structure. While we have set hourly rates, we happily discuss project proposals with you to help align with strategic and budgetary goals. We provide flexibility with ongoing support agreements, such as “Managed Services" which provide fixed monthly rates for support. Not every organization requires the same level of support, so we bring transparency to the table when discussing how we can best serve you.
We offer the following rates:
• Nonprofit Technology Services: $100/hour
• Managed Services: flat monthly rate based on client needs, available upon request

We focus on quality customer care. All of our Technology Professionals have over five years of experience and undergo a long evaluation and training period. We require all our staff to pass background checks, provide references, and undergo a provisional "shadowing" period with current staff. Our Technology Professionals are experienced, trained, and certified in their area of technology expertise. You are trusting us with your business technology, it's important to us that we provide quality and experienced counsel.
