Experience
Laura Harder is nothing short of amazing! She has been providing Supportive Supervision group training to our staff for years. Laura also meets with our supervisors, one-on-one. We have found this to be very helpful for not only new managers, but seasoned supervisors. This is an opportunity to address personal needs and/or questions regarding supportive supervision. She is fantastic at listening and offering support and advice.

Laura was great to work with! We brought her on to help our organization fine tune our values and principles and come up with an implementation plan to make them a part of our work culture. She was very professional, listened to our needs and challenges, and came up with a plan. She was able to help us focus on solutions in our meetings, keep us moving forward while providing direction.
