Paul Masiarchin works with the MCN program team to guide the organization's educational training programs, including the various conferences and professional development workshops offered in the Twin Cities Metro and Greater Minnesota.
Additionally, Paul adds to MCN’s internal capacity to offer training sessions on topics of nonprofit leadership and best practices. Previously, Paul was the executive director of the Minnesota Fathers & Families Network and worked on projects at nationwide nonprofits including the National League of Cities and the National Youth Employment Coalition, both in Washington, D.C. Paul served three years as a Peace Corps volunteer and volunteer coordinator in Paraguay.
Paul holds an M.A. from American University in Washington, D.C., and a B.A. from Cardinal Stritch University. Paul completed MCN’s Senior Manager Leadership Institute in 2008. He has served on the board of directors or leadership teams of various nonprofits and community organizations. Paul also is an adjunct instructor in the Schools of Graduate and Professional Programs at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota where he teaches for the masters program in Arts and Cultural Management. Paul joined the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits in 2010.
