Laura Mortenson is communications director for the Minnesota Budget Project. She manages media relations and oversees communications outreach to promote the research and advocacy efforts of the team.
Her professional background includes serving as communications director for a St. Paul mayor and managing public and media relations for city organizations.
Laura received a B.A. in journalism from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
