As Deputy Communications Director, Laura champions MCN's mission through strategic communications, visual storytelling, digital outreach, equitable messaging, and policy & events communications.
Laura has worked in nonprofit communications her entire career, growing her passion and dedication to the amazing work nonprofits do in our communities. She received a B.A. in Political Science and Public Relations from Concordia College, Moorhead, and a M.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Laura has been with MCN since 2020.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys cultivating her indoor plant jungle, planning her next travel adventure, discovering local eateries, crafting, and starting home improvement projects at 10pm.
