Her professional background includes her position as a planning specialist with Ramsey-Washington Recycling and Energy. She has also worked at the California State Association of Counties and Minnesota Management and Budget.
Betsy received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of the Pacific, and her M.P.P. degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
