Volunteer Management

Nonprofits often utilize volunteers to help fulfill its mission. Volunteers provide additional person-power, community involvement, and sometimes special skills. A volunteer manager must be able to inspire people to volunteer their valuable time for the organization, coordinate the work into fulfilling tasks, and review outcomes.
