New Report Explores Succession Planning within Minnesota's Nonprofit Sector

The Hamline University School of Business has released a new report ("Crafting Transitions for Strength and Sustainability: Succession Planning Guidebook for Nonprofit") exploring succession planning and leadership development within Minnesota's nonprofit sector.

Headed by Robert L. Routhieaux, Associate Professor of Nonprofit Management and Entrepreneurship at Hamline University School of Business, this report provides nonprofits with guidance and tools for succession planning and strategic leadership development. Within the report, readers will find planning frameworks, sets of questions, templates and recommendations for other resources to help guide succession planning efforts.
