MCN Hires Paul Masiarchin to Launch Performance Management Leadership Institute

Paul MasiarchinSt. Paul, Minn., Jan. 3, 2011 - Paul Masiarchin joined the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) last month as program manager, guiding the organization's new Performance Management Leadership Institute.

MCN was one of five organizations in the U.S. that received a Nonprofit Capacity Building grant. With this funding of $200,000 from the Corporation for National and Community Service, MCN will launch the Performance Management Leadership Institute for nonprofits in the northern half of the state. The Institute will provide a structure, appripriate tools, resources and technical assistance for cohorts of 25-30 people from small and mid-sized nonprofits to make meaningful steps toward implementing performance management strategies.

Masiarchin adds to MCN's ability to launch the Performance Management Institute. He will provide his experience and insights to Institute participants and assist participants in making the best use of their time as part of the Instute.

Masiarchin was formerly the director of the Minnesota Fathers & Families Network and managed various projects at nationwide nonprofits in Washington, D.C. He completed MCN's Senior Managers Leadership Institute in 2008.


The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) is the statewide association of 2,000 nonprofit organizations. Through its website, resource publications, workshops and events, cost-saving programs and advocacy, MCN continually works to inform, promote, connect and strengthen individual nonprofits and the nonprofit sector.
