Leveling Up: Strategies for Assessing and Communicating Equity in Rural Organizations

In responding to changes in racial, ethnic, and language differences in the community, you have made a myriad of changes to practice. So, what now? Join us for a dynamic conversation with DeeDee LeMier of Charities Review Council to explore ways to level up your communication with internal and external stakeholders as you continue to work toward organizational equity and inclusion. Resources shared will include aspects of the Charities Review Council’s signature Accountability Standards®, as well as new tools that help organizations like yours understand how your intention is connecting to impact. Additionally, she will share insight from grantmakers funding in the Worthington area to help you connect their questions around equity with your work in the community.
Refreshments will be provided by Worthington Regional Health Care Foundation, Inc.
