What’s the right regimen to improve your public speaking, writing, conversation and facilitation skills? Is your daily routine helping you to be the best communicator possible? Join MCN for four Nonprofit Effectiveness Clinics – and improve the fitness of your communications skills. Register for all four and save $60.

Whether in front of a new board of directors, a group of potential donors, or an audience of allies or adversaries -- every nonprofit leader must master the art of informing, inspiring or persuading audiences via the spoken word. Confidence in public presentation is developed and projected when the speaker attends to the 4 P’s of presentational speaking: Preparation; Practice; Presentation; Process. In this clinic, participants will actively engage in exploring specific aspects of effective presentations within each area including: audience analysis, structuring and developing the message, managing anxiety, recognizing and correcting credibility robbers, and utilizing feedback for improved effectiveness.
