Now, more than ever, organizations must tailor their culture by developing talent management strategies that are based on their employees’ specific needs.

This training solution gives attention to the two unique components of Emotional Intelligence: intrapersonal intelligence, which is the ability to understand, accept, and manage oneself; and interpersonal intelligence, or the capacity to work effectively with a wide variety of other people.

The content examined will help the audience take a deeper dive into how one’s own thinking patterns become conditioned over time due to various internal and external influences, leading to behavioral patterns and decision-making outcomes that may, or may not, achieve the results they desire. Participants will then explore the Enneagram and learn how this personality tool acknowledges the importance of the sum of the individuals and how they are an essential component of successful group dynamics and working cohesively together.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn the importance of Emotional Intelligence
  • Learn how one’s thoughts impact one’s decisions consciously and unconsciously
  • Introduction to the Enneagram personality tool.

This session is co-hosted by West Central Initiative and the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.

Members of NDANO may register at the MCN member rate by registering via manual form. Please note “NDANO member” on the form.
