Power Up Your Board

Are you looking to create a high-impact board and have engaged board members? Does your board understand the purpose, roles and responsibilities of a nonprofit board? Do you attract, develop and retain quality board members that bring value to your organization? Are you evolving into a modern day board using the most effective board technologies to drive results?

Join MCN for this 3-hour nonprofit board governance training where we will educate, equip and empower executive directors and board members to increase their effectiveness.

Great boards don’t happen by accident. It takes a vision, planning, knowledge, structure, tools and technology to create a high-impact board. Particpants will walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of the fiduciary, legal and operational role and responsibilities of the board
  • A completed assessment based on their own board culture
  • Key foundational tools for boards and board commitees
  • A set of immediate board goals
  • A road map and next steps to gain traction on their board plan

Team Registration: This event is perfect for multiple members of your board or staff. Register two people at full price and the third person can join for free. To register the 3rd person, send an email to MCN's program director with the attendee’s name and email.
