Minnesotans are fortunate to have a very accessible legislature and a Capitol Complex filled with offices that exist to serve the public. Come to this “Ask-the-Experts” session on advanced legislative and administrative processes. Find out what a “rider” is, how fiscal notes are put together, and who can draft bills. This training features seasoned professionals who will highlight resources available at the Capitol which assist both legislative members and the public to engage in the process.
