Registration Policies & Refunds

MCN wants to ensure a smooth registration and event experience for all participants. To accomplish this, MCN asks that registrants and participants read the following policies.

Advance Registration

To ensure enough seats and materials for all participants, advance registration for all MCN events and trainings is required. Advance registration closes at noon the day before the event for small and large workshops and several days in advance for conferences. Most MCN events will have limited walk-in registration available.

MCN requires payment upon event registration. Registering for an event constitutes as an agreement to pay the registration fee, whether or not the registrant actually attends the event. No refunds or credits will be granted for non-attendance.

Refunds & Substitutions

If you cannot attend, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. Please contact info@minnesotanonprofits.org to let them know who will be attending in your place.

There are no refunds for small workshops (fee of $50 or less). There are refunds, minus a $35 processing fee, for large workshops and conferences (fee of $51 or more) if requested in writing and submitted to Shannon McCarville, MCN's Program Coordinator at least one week prior to the event.

Your registration fee is non-transferable to other workshops or publications.

Photos and Recordings Notice

By registering for an event, you agree to be photographed, included in video footage, or otherwise recorded for MCN's promotional purposes.

Accessibility

MCN strives to ensure that events are accessible to all individuals. If you have special needs (interpretation, food requirements, or other accessiblitiy needs), please contact Shannon McCarville.
