Experience
Peg was incredibly insightful, professional, and motivational as we worked to redefine the role our Asmat Art collection can have at St. Thomas and beyond. She heard every constituent's voice with care and concern and brought us all together in a way that will definitely move our collection forward. We crafted mission statements in the most incredibly timely fashion, set goals for work to come, and gained a cohesiveness that will serve us very well in the coming years.

Experience
If you are looking for a professional and expert approach to support individual giving and major gifts, look no further. Not only does Peg have decades of experience, but she is the most organized and thorough consultant that I have worked with. She enabled us to build a sustainable major gifts program while also capitalizing on short-term opportunity. She brings ease in her approach with funders, leadership, and Board and will go above and beyond to support your development team!

Experience
Peg Flanagan has worked with our Center for over a decade as a lead development associate. During this time, Peg helped us develop the big vision for our development work and she also attended to the details of actually writing our grants, obtaining grants and support from organizations nationwide. Peg brought a real insight and positive access to philanthropic community in Minnesota. She was especially effective in representing and our vision and sharing it with the broader community.
