Background

MCN strives to promote a culture of learning to develop and engage a knowledgeable and competent staff and board in providing leadership, relevant programming and mutual learning opportunities open to all members of Minnesota’s diverse nonprofit sector. There are many moving pieces within MCN with regards to our inclusion and equity work that we look forward to sharing along our journey. We are coming to the table grounded in an authentic, vulnerable, and transparent dialogue looking to take action to be part of all the amazing work going on to strengthen our beautiful community.
