Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest Launches Campaign to Move to Midway Neighborhood

East Side Neighborhood Services Names Kristine Martin President
June 8, 2017 - East Side Neighborhood Services, a nonprofit human service agency providing social and other services to individuals, families and the communities of Minneapolis, has announced the selection of Kristine Martin as its new President. Martin will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of long-time President Bill Laden.

Sam Schirmers Promoted to Director of Operations at YWCA Mankato
June 1, 2017 - Sam Schirmers was promoted to Director of Operations. This new role will oversee all daily operations, financial management, human resources, and development. She will continue to lead Women of Distinction, YWCA’s largest fundraising event. Schirmers has been employed with YWCA Mankato since August 2012 and has held numerous positions during that time, most recently Associate Director.

Amy Jordan named Director of Programs for Women and Girls at YWCA Mankato
June 1, 2017 - Amy Jordan has been named Director of Programs for Women & Girls. Jordan’s new role will oversee all programming for girls, women and families in the community. She will also continue to lead two fundraising events including the Girls on the Run 5k and the YWCA Amazing Race. Amy has been with YWCA Mankato since January 2015 and was promoted from Girls Programming Manager.

Rick Rinkoff named President of the Board of Directors at Fred Wells Tennis and Education Center
